Place An Order

To place an order, please give us a call or contact us using the form on the Contact page. You'll need to provide us with the following information:

  1. number of images (quantity)
  2. image dimensions
  3. choice of paper

We will call you to confirm your order.

Prepare Your Images

When preparing your images, please adhere to the following specifications:

  1. Do not upsample. Keep the file at its native resolution.
  2. Images should be in RGB color. DO NOT convert to CMYK.
  3. We accept files in ProPhoto, Adobe(1998) RGB, or sRGB color space.
  4. We recommend keeping files in 16-bit mode for best print results.
  5. Flatten your files and save as TIFF. Use LZW compression if possible.
  6. Send your files to us on disc or upload them to our servers via FTP.

Upload Your Images

You may upload your images to our servers via FTP for FREE. This method is ideal for the busy photographer. In order to access our FTP server, please give us a call or contact us to request FTP access.

We will create an FTP account for you and provide you with instructions on how to access our servers. Uploaded files are stored on our secure servers for the duration of your print job. We can provide a backup of the uploaded files to you on CD or DVD for a small fee.
